Step 1: Add a generous amount of oil to damp hair but not too much or your hair will be greasy afterwards.
Step 2: Cover your hair with a plastic cap or bag, and then wrap a thin towel around your head.
Step 3: Apply heat you can use a hand dryer or hooded dryer for about 15-30 minutes.
Step 4: Wash out using shampoo. (Repeat every 2-4 weeks)
